In the customary tradition of sharing food with friends and family during village festivals and ceremonies in East Bali, choose from a multitude of dishes served on a carved timber stand called the Dulang. Ingredient-led dishes are all flavored with sea salt farmed from the salt pans of nearby Goa Lawah.
