Dine on vibrant Indonesian and Western flavors in a traditional pavilion set on a lotus pond. Savor the ceremony and ritual behind Seasalt’s signature meal, the Megibung. In the customary tradition of sharing food with friends and family during village festivals and ceremonies in East Bali, choose from a multitude of dishes served on a carved timber stand called the Dulang. Ingredient-led dishes are all flavored with sea salt farmed from the salt pans of nearby Goa Lawah.
